Fried trout with sour cream sauce

Its a light meal, you can enjoy it at lunch or dinner.
I recommend  300 gr fish/ serving .

You will need:
-a fish
-200g flour
-salt
-oil for frying
-50 ml oil for sauce
-100ml sour cream
- 3-4 garlic cloves
-half a lemon for sauce
-half a lemon for serving

Preparation
You salt the fish and roll it trough flour.
Fry the fish on each side for about 3 to 5 minutes.

Sauce
              Clean the garlic , smash it and add salt and oil. Now add a bit of mustard , the sour cream and the lemon.
      
             When the fish is ready season it with sauce and lemon slices.
              You can serve it with mashed potatoes or rice with vegetables and corn.
