Heart-shaped pizza
Heart-shaped pizza
Ingredients:
300g flour
1 teaspoon of dried yeast
100 ml warm water
salt
4 tablespoons oil
1teaspoon sugar for disolving the yeast
200gr ham
300 cheese
tomatoe sauce/ketchup 150 ml
a few olives
a half of a red pepper
a few mushrooms(for decorating)
oregano(optional)
Preparation:
Disolve the yeast in a bit of warmed water and sugar, and knead the dough made out of flour, water, yeast and the oil, added in this order. Leave it to rest for 30 minutes. From the dough, form little balls and place them in a heart shape and decorate with ketchup, cheese, ham , mushrooms, olives and red pepper.
Bake it for about 10 minutes, until the bottom has a nice brown-ish color.
Your children will be excited and will eat well.

Semi-milled oatmeal bread and grains
Preparation time 3h
Ingredients
600gr white flour
100gr integral flour
50 gr Oatmeal flakes
50 gr soy flour
200 gr cold boiled potato
50 gr yeast
1 tablespoon salt
30ml oil
1 teaspoon sugar
300-400 ml apa - for a soft dough
Preparation
Disolve the yeast and sugar in a bit of water amd leave it to rest for 10 minutes
Mix al the ingrediends, including the yeast , adding water slowly until you get a soft dough . Knead the douhg until it sticks together and it removes easily from your hand .
Leave it rest for an hour, until it doubles its size.
After that , knead the dough for another 5 minutes and then put it in a baking pan. Again, leave it to rest for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven at 205 C(400Fr)
Bake it for 30-40 minutes.
After baking the bread , cover it with a towel and leave it to cool off.

Ingredients:
500g flour25g yeast
50g butter
200ml milk
70g sugar
2 eggs
For the filling you will need
100g butter
100g sugar
100g raisins/ 200g ground wallnuts
Preparation:
Mix the yeast with a bit of warmed milk and flour and let it grow. In a diferent bowl, stir the eggs with the sugar and add the yeast and butter, slowly adding the flour too, along with the milk. If you feel its needed, add more flour. Knead the dough and let it grow for 40 minutes.
For the filling, still the butter with sugar.
Take the dough and spread it to be 1 cm thick, and spread the filling over, and then the raisins/wallnuts.
Roll the dough and cut it in 1-1.5 cm slices and put them in a oiled and floured baking pan.
In a bowl mix an egg with a bit of milk and anoint the dough slices with it.
Bake them for 25-30 minutes. This is preety much it, after baking, leave them to cool off they are ready to be served.
Pork stew in white sauce and olives with pasta
for 6 servings
300 gr pasta
600 gr meat cut in cubes of 2-3cm
4 big onions cut julien
50 ml
100 gr olives
100ml white wine
peper , salt,paprika
3 tomatoes chopped
Preparation
Cook the meat and the onions in oil,in a pot stiring continuously for about 5 minutes. Add water until it fully covers the meat, and add how much salt you want. Boil it until the meat is cooked (take a bit out and see its texture and taste, when you feel its ready, its ready).
After that, add the tomatoes and the wine, leave it to boil for another 5 minutes and add how much pepper you want. Take the stew off the stove, and that's it.
For the pasta, boil them conform the package instructions.
Serve the stew with pasta and there you have it.

My LITTLE PONY cake
Ingredients:
18 eggs
600gr sugar(base:400gr, top:200)
600gr flour(base:400gr, top:200)
150ml sun flower oil(base:100,top:50)
2 l whip cream
600gr chocolate
food dye of choice.
The cake has 2 layers: a square base one(this one uses 12 eggs) and a round top one(this will use 6 eggs).

For the cream, melt the chocolate in a pot, on a stove with 1300 ml whipcream, you will use the rest of the whip cream for decorating the cake.
Leave it to cool off for 5-6 hours, or make it a day before. Mix it afterwards until it hardens.
Minnie Mouse cake
Preparation time:3hrs (without the cream cooloff time)

For the base you will need
6 eggs

210gr flour
50ml oil
for the top part
4 eggs
150gr sugar
180gr flour
30ml oil
Cream
1 L whip cream
400br chocolate ( the chocolate quality will improve the creams taste)
For marzipan
1 tablespoon honey
30gr butter
1 tablespoon gelatin
6 tablespoons water
Red alimentar dye
Cocoa(how much you want)
Preparation
For the base part
mix the egg whites while adding sugar .
In a separate bowl mix the yolks with oil.
Stir until homogenized then add flour slowly .
Put the composition in a 23cm (about 9 inches) round bakingpan and bake it for 15-20 minutes.
For the top part, follow the same instructions, but bake it in a smaller baking pan(15 cm or 6 inches)

In order to make the syrup, boil the sugar in water and.. That's it.
For the fondant, mix the gelatine in water and leave it to rest for 10 minutes, then add the honey and butter and put them on a stove until the gelatine is fully mixed up(make sure you dont reach the point of boiling). In the syrup obtained, add 0.5 kg powdered sugar, split the conposition in corelation with what colors and how much of them you want to get. Keep adding powdered sugar in each color until they are molded easily. (only make the fondant only after araging the rest of the cake)

Pasta with vegetables
Ingredients for four dishes
200gr zucchini diced
200gr mushrooms
200gr broccoli
1 red big pepper
6 garlic cloves
10 cherry tomatos
400gr pasta
Olive oil
Soy sauce
Preparation
Boil the pasta in salted water.
In a wok cook all the veggies(without the garlic) sliced however you like along with the olive oil.
Cook them for about 3 minutes. Clean the garlic and slice it thin.
Add the pasta,soy sauce, the garlic to the vegetables and stir everything for another minute.
Its a wonderfull reciepe, if you are keeping a diet you can juse integral pasta.
Fried trout with sour cream sauce
Its a light meal, you can
enjoy it at lunch or dinner.
I recommend 300 gr fish/ serving .
You will need:
-a fish
-200g flour
-salt
-oil for frying
-50 ml oil for sauce
-100ml sour cream
- 3-4 garlic cloves
-half a lemon for
sauce
-half a lemon for
serving
Preparation
You salt the fish and
roll it trough flour.
Fry the fish on each
side for about 3 to 5 minutes.
Sauce
Clean the garlic , smash it and add salt and oil. Now add a bit of
mustard , the sour cream and the lemon.
When the fish is ready season it with
sauce and lemon slices.
You can serve it with mashed potatoes or rice with vegetables and corn.

Alright, lets have a look at today's recipe:
Vegetable stew with pork(the pork is optional)
This is an easy and quick recipe, and it wont keep you in the kitchen for too long, and your family will surely enjoy it.
You will need:
300 gr sliced and diced pork (if you want to add meat, ofcourse)
1 carrot, 1 small onion, a slice of celery, a slice of green/red pepper, about 200gr brocoli, a fistfull of green beans, 3-4 spooms of peas and 2 diced tomatoes (you can use canned tomatoes).
Leave the pot with water and pork to boil.
Cut the vegetables in small bits and sauté then in the order above, with 2 tablespoons of oil (except for the peas and tomatoes, they will be added later on).
When the pork is ready, add the vegetables in the boiling water, leave it to boil for 5-10 minutes then add the peas and tomatoes. Add salt and pepper after taste. For some more flavour, you can add parsley leaves and celery cut in small bits. It can be server with or without sour cream.
